VSG's Business Leadership Groups provide an arena for entrepreneurs and executives to expand their strategic skillset to successfully tackle the day-to-day journey of running a business.

Through regular group meetings, one-on-one follow up sessions and guest speakers, practical idea-generation and problem-solving tactics will be at the forefront of the group's activity.

Running a business or department of any size (from a one-person operation to a 200-employee company) is a stressful and pressure-packed venture, that is also rewarding. The VSG Leadership Groups provide a unique business community to soundboard issues and ideas with other like-minded peers from a variety of different industries, to share experiences and expertise, and to grow as a leader.

Each group hosts only one executive from each unique industry, to ensure business confidentiality.
